Tulare County Probation Department is partnering with 13 community-based organizations to offer services to clients, youth, adults, and families. Services include, but are not limited to mental health, education, vocational training, drug and alcohol recovery, and valuable life skills. Each agency will have staff stationed at Connections, centrally located at the Tulare County Probation Headquarters Office.
